The State Duma is preparing a replacement for “low-quality” migrants
The State Duma is developing a set of measures to attract migrants from foreign countries in order to create some kind of alternative to migrants from the former republics of the USSR.
State Duma deputy Nikolai Novichkov reported this on the air of First Sevastopol, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The request to move to Russia from foreign countries amounts to tens of thousands of applications. Moreover, these are both the descendants of our compatriots who left our country at different periods, as well as ethnic Germans, Canadians, Americans, and Dutch. That is, those who are running away from the perverted ideology of the West, into which spiritual relations in this part of the world are now being transformed.
I will not talk about the LGBT agenda, about gender change - we know this very well from the media. And many people, especially large families, want to move to Russia,” he emphasized.
Regional support measures to attract foreigners have already been introduced in the Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod regions, and Kuzbass. In a number of regions, agencies are being created to attract repatriates and resettlers with the provision of land for agricultural enterprises.
“In essence, this is an alternative to neighboring countries. Because attracting citizens from these countries or labor, pendulum migration is already happening. Unfortunately, those who come do not always have education or qualifications; some speak Russian poorly, some have no education. And they perceive Russia as a donor.
Therefore, of course, we need to work with them, socialize and integrate them, because we will not escape our southern neighbors. You can’t close yourself down and build a wall. We are organically united with these countries. But people come from there who, in terms of their level of integration into Russian society, do not correspond, if you like, to the quality of a citizen. Of course, we need to work with them, but we are talking about the repatriation of those who want to live in Russia and see in it such a civilizational savior,” Novichkov concluded.
