The State Duma sent Putin a bouquet of 450 roses

Today's meeting of the State Duma of the Russian Federation began with a speech by the oldest deputy of the United Russia party faction, cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova. She reminded her colleagues that today is the birthday of Russian President Vladimir Putin and offered to send him a bouquet of 450 roses, one from each deputy.
The State Duma greeted the proposal with applause.
