The State Duma has increased pensions - one dinner for the Gazprom manager
State Duma deputies at today's meeting adopted a law on the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for 2019 and for the planning period of 2020 and 2021, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the bill, adopted in the third reading, it is envisaged to annually increase the size of the old-age insurance pension for non-working pensioners by an average of 1000 rubles and ensure an increase in pensions by 2024 to 20 thousand rubles.
Opposition factions expressed criticism.
“Yesterday we saw a report from Gazprom, where 16 people from the management board received a bonus of 2,1 billion rubles at the end of the year. 200 million each. And we see a regressive scale of insurance premiums,” said Oleg Shein, a deputy from A Just Russia.
“Even in official calculations, an increase in the ratio of average pension to average salary is not planned for the next three years. As for the social pension, the growth there is generally minimal - slightly on the verge of a pensioner’s subsistence level, and it is useless to talk about anything else,” explained the position of his faction, MP from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Alexey Kurinny.
However, 325 deputies voted for the bill, 22 against.
