The State Duma called on the world's parliaments to oppose US biolaboratories
The State Duma of the Russian Federation today supported a draft appeal to the parliaments of countries around the world in connection with the military-biological activities of the United States outside its territory.
According to Vice Speaker Irina Yarovaya, the health ministries of many countries have already signed agreements with the Pentagon, according to which the US military is exempt from responsibility for the activities of biological laboratories.
“These projects are called biomedical, but this is the Pentagon’s Trojan horse, because military-biological research is hidden in it - applied research concerning pathogens that are agents of biological weapons,” Yarovaya said.
She said that all pathogens are exported to the United States for further technological research by diplomatic mail.
“In fact, we are talking about global activities in countries where the United States has a special interest. More than 400 laboratories around the world. There are many such laboratories along the perimeter of the Russian Federation, which are created for only one purpose - special research on pathogenic agents of biological weapons, collection of genetic material from the local population and research of immunity. All of this, taken together in a secret study mode, in complete contradiction to the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological Weapons, signifies a global project to develop weapons of mass destruction,” Yarovaya said.
Answering questions from deputies, she admitted that there may be 1400 American laboratories in the world. Their activities are aimed at disguising artificially caused epidemics as a natural outbreak of dangerous diseases.
The ability of the local population to respond to the most dangerous pathogens is being studied, and genetic material is being collected on a massive scale.
Russian legislators called on the parliaments of countries around the world where US-controlled biological laboratories operate to seek “from the US Congress to make public all information about military-applied projects implemented by the US Department of Defense under the guise of “medical and biological activities” that violate the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and accumulation of stocks of bacteriological (biological) and toxin weapons and their destruction.”
Russian parliamentarians also called on their colleagues to request from national governments data on the existence and nature of the work of the DTRA Agency of the US Department of Defense, which harms their national sovereignty.
The American public organization Judicial Watch has already sent its request about the activities of DTRA in Ukraine to the Pentagon.
