Simferopol, July 01 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – Today the State Duma approved in the second and third readings a bill returning “winter time” to the Russian Federation.

The switch will be made on October 26, and will not be carried out after that.
Let us remind you that this bill was introduced by a large group of deputies from all factions and passed the first reading with the support of 436 votes.
According to the adopted law, Moscow time corresponds to the time zone in the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC (SU) +3.
There are 11 time zones on the territory of the Russian Federation. The designation and numbering of time zones is carried out in accordance with the UTC system of time zones. Moscow time serves as the starting point for calculating local time in time zones.
For example, in the 1st time zone (Moscow time minus 1 hour) there will be the Kaliningrad region. In the 2nd time zone - in particular, St. Petersburg, Moscow, the Republic of Karelia, the Komi Republic, the Republic of Crimea, the Republic of Tatarstan, Rostov-on-Don, Stavropol, the Chechen Republic, Sevastopol.
