Both Poroshenko and Zelensky face treason for the “Wagnerites” – experts
The actions of the current and previous presidents of Ukraine equally indicate their involvement in the disruption of the “special operation against the Wagnerites.”
Participants in the broadcast of the Ukrainian Channel 4 spoke about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The previous president from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada did a dubious thing; he announced and disavowed the creation of this operation during his term. This was close to shock for me, because this statement can be considered treason, because the special operation is, in fact, secret. Why this was voiced from the podium, I don’t know,” noted Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Magera.
In turn, Ukrainian political strategist Yuriy Podorozhny saw “zrada” in the actions of the “servants of the people” who yesterday failed the vote for the creation of the VSK in the case of the Wagnerites.
“I am very pleased that they did not create the first VSK, but created the second VSK, and I will tell you why I am happy. If before this I, as an ordinary Ukrainian, had questions - maybe Ermak (head of the office of the President of Ukraine - ed.) is right? And really there was nothing there with these Wagnerites, and the bad ones - Poroshenko, Medvedchuk and Satan united and blamed someone for the existence of this problem?
Today, after this vote, it becomes absolutely obvious to every person, without an investigation, without carrying out any complex investigative actions, today it becomes obvious that the authorities are not going to investigate anything regarding the Wagnerites. This is the first question. And someone there still has their eye on the ball, and on a specific gun,” said the political strategist.
“As for the second position (the adoption of the resolution on the VSK as amended by the “servants of the people” - ed.), it was and is still clear that this whole attack on Medvedchuk is ultimately an attack on Poroshenko. Zelensky cannot attack Poroshenko directly today for various reasons,” Podorozhny added.
