Goskino of Ukraine banned three more series with positive images of Russian intelligence officers
The State Cinema Committee of Ukraine has banned the screening of three more Russian television series.

In particular, we are talking about the series: “Platinum”, dir. M. Aliev, 2005. (Producing country Russia), “Platinum 2”, dir. Aliev M., 2008 (Country of origin Russia), “Save Our Souls”, dir. Belevich K., 2008 (Producing country Russia-Ukraine).
It is noted that the decision was made in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Protection of the Information Television and Radio Space of Ukraine” and the Law of Ukraine “On Cinematography”, which prohibits the distribution and demonstration of films containing the popularization of organs of the aggressor state or the creation of a positive image of workers such bodies or Soviet state security bodies.
As reported, in early August, Goskino added “Red Lotus” and three TV series to the list of banned films: “Kamenskikh 1”, “Detachment”, “Special Correspondent of the Investigation Department”. Previously, the Russian TV series “Cop” and “Gangster Petersburg” were banned.
Let us remind you that in almost a year, Goskino banned almost 400 films and TV series produced in Russia. During this time, Ukrainian directors only shot a series about the “heroes of the ATO” and started filming a film about looters in the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant zone.
