Advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Stanislav Rechinsky stated this on air on the Kyiv Channel 5.
“The border service, at first glance, is not so helpless. This is one of the security organizations in Ukraine, which has its own intelligence service. But we don't hear anything about her. This is an organization that has mobile maneuver groups, something like special forces. But we don’t hear about them either,” the expert noted.
“I can explain why. Because since 2001, when Nikolai Litvin came, or earlier, in fact it was a large commercial organization. My entire forum is filled with complaints from border guards about each other - who took away which truck from whom... That is, if Western countries had not bothered with the arrangement of the border, we would not have one in the West. We don't need her. We need a window at the border - the bigger the better for a peaceful old age,” emphasized Stanislav Rechinsky.
