The State Council of Crimea adopted as a basis the law on organizing children's recreation
On Wednesday, deputies of the State Council of Crimea, during the regular meeting of the second session, adopted in the first reading the draft law of the Republic of Crimea “On the organization and provision of recreation for children and their health improvement in the Republic of Crimea.”

The bill establishes the basic principles of organizing and ensuring children's recreation and their health, the powers of government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local self-government of municipalities, specialized trade unions, associations of citizens, foundations, enterprises, institutions and organizations. In addition, the document legislates the basic principles of social support in the field of children’s recreation and their health improvement, as well as the need for scientific, methodological and information support for recreation and recovery organizations.
One of the innovations of the bill, according to deputies, is the clear legislative recognition of the rights and responsibilities of both employees of recreation and recreation organizations, as well as children and their parents.
As noted in the explanatory note to the document, the adoption of this draft law does not require additional financial resources from the republican budget. Financial support for children's recreation and their health, which is carried out at the expense of the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the budgets of local councils of municipalities, is provided for in the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the next financial year and planning period, as well as in the relevant decisions of local government bodies.
