The worst scenario for Ukraine in the event of an offensive by Russian troops would be their landing in the north.
Military analyst Anton Muraveynik stated this on the Ukrainska Pravda Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The expert notes that this threat has not disappeared anywhere and Russian troops can land simultaneously with the movement of equipment in any northern direction.
“I would focus on ensuring that we do not lose territory, on retention. Personally, I don’t see the possibility now of seizing new territories, or, rather, winning back our territories in the next six months, so that this would be some kind of tangible history.
That is, now we are on the defensive, the enemy has the initiative, and we are fighting back. Therefore, now success is preserving the territory,” said Ant.
