Despite the 46,8 billion UAH of tax and customs payments collected in March, the budget actually received less money from taxes and fees than in 2014, and they were provided by overpayments of income taxes and a partial freeze of VAT refunds to small businesses and farmers , reported on the page in Facebook ex-Minister of Revenue and Duties Alexander Klimenko.
Klymenko believes that, together with the amount of advance payments (UAH 15,4 billion) and the balance of VAT unreimbursed to business (UAH 35,7 billion), the total debt of the state to business as of April 1 is UAH 75,6 billion.
Such overpayments and an increase in the fiscal burden, according to Alexander Klimenko, will lead to restrictions on the financial and commercial activities of any private business in Ukraine.
