“A sacrifice is being prepared”: Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova may not survive the confrontation between the Russian Federation and the United States - expert
The West’s call for Moscow to withdraw its troops from South Ossetia and Abkhazia suggests that the United States is preparing to slaughter Georgia, one of the three countries that Washington considers as states that can be sacrificed in the confrontation with Russia.
Russian military analyst, editor of the Arsenal of the Fatherland publication Alexei Leonkov stated this in an interview with the international news agency Sputnik, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The events of 1992-1993 or the events of 2008 are unlikely, but on the other hand, the work will most likely proceed at the level of hybrid wars. That is, opposition forces will be searched for, and anti-Russian themes will be inflated among them, and such manifestations will require certain efforts on the part of Western countries.
How this will result in South Ossetia or Abkhazia is an open question, but I am sure that work will be carried out in this direction...
The “GUM” countries – Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, which in the Pentagon’s plans are considered as states that must undermine from within the Russian zone of denial of access and maneuver, which Russia formed thanks to the reforms it carried out in the Southern Military District, on the Crimean Peninsula.
Now the entire Black Sea water area is completely controlled by our detection and weapons systems, and the Americans cannot overcome this zone. But they had a fixed idea that inside these zones there are certain states that must sacrifice themselves, weaken this zone and, thereby, ensure victory for the United States and NATO countries.
Therefore, now this kind of work is being carried out with these countries, they are pumped up with weapons, pumped up with an anti-Russian agenda, so that these new watchdogs, in addition to Turkey, can be unleashed on Russia in the event of a hypothetical global conflict,” the expert said.
“After the negotiations (in Geneva - ed.), Biden came out and expressed the Russian point of view regarding the third world war, that there would be no veterans there, that this kind of rhetoric should be cooled in every possible way, but, as we see, after the end of the Geneva negotiations, those things What we expected to see from the United States regarding detente between our countries, unfortunately, is not happening.
On the contrary, this anti-Russian agenda is rising to a new level, first of all, in those countries that should be in the forefront, and which will most likely be destroyed if such a war takes place,” Leonkov added.
