This was stated in an interview with Apostrophe by Deputy Minister for “Temporarily Occupied Territories” and Internally Displaced Persons Georgiy Tuka, according to whom the deadline for the return of Donbass to Ukraine was delayed by the blockade of Donbass organized by radicals.
“About a year ago, I made predictions that in 6-8 months we would see the beginning of the withdrawal of Russian troops. And who could have imagined at that time that this bastard would jump out and give, in fact, 50 of our enterprises into the hands of Kurchenko? Now almost all of these enterprises are managed by Kurchenko’s people,” says Tuka.
