This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian supervisory agency.

In particular, it was established that “these judges, contrary to the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, violating the Oath of Judges, after the annexation of the Crimea Peninsula by the Russian Federation in March 2014, began to administer “justice” in the so-called courts of the Republic of Crimea and unlawfully make judicial decisions. In November-December 2014, according to the Decrees of the President of the aggressor country “On the appointment of judges of federal courts,” they transferred to the service of these illegally created courts.”

According to the GPU, the cynicism of the actions of the Crimean judges lies in the fact that during almost the entire 2014, when making judicial decisions “In the name of the Russian Federation,” they confirmed the legitimacy of these same decisions with the official seal of Ukraine.

On Friday, the Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios signed a message of suspicion of high treason to be announced to 276 judges of the AR Crimea.

Also, the issue of depriving these judges of immunity is being raised before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Council of Ukraine, that is, providing consent to their detention and choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention.

Sanction Part 1 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 12 to 15 years with confiscation of property.
