The GPU announced suspicion to the lawyer of Oles Buzina’s mother
The Prosecutor General's Office handed the suspicion to the former First Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin, who is now the lawyer of the mother of the writer Oles Buzina.

According to the GPU, during 2008-2010, Renat Kuzmin, allegedly acting in collusion with the director of the State Enterprise Pushcha-Voditsa Recreation Complex of the State Administration of the Presidential Administration, illegally seized a state-owned land plot with an area of 10457 sq. m on the territory of the complex, and illegally built a residential building there house with an area of 1068 square meters, as well as other buildings.
“The Deputy Prosecutor General drew up a written notice of suspicion to the former First Deputy Prosecutor General of abuse of office, organizing an illegal group, forgery of documents and money laundering,” the statement says.
Renat Kuzmin was also put on the wanted list. The issue of filing a petition with the court to select a preventive measure is being decided.
The director of the State Enterprise Recreation Complex Pushcha-Voditsa State Administration of the Administration of Ukraine was also informed of the suspicion. The prosecutor's office demands a preventive measure for him in the form of detention and removal from office.
