The GPU is investigating the shelling of the Lugansk Regional State Administration: it assumes that the explosion occurred due to rioters
Kyiv, June 03 (Navigator, Vladimir Mikhailov) – The Prosecutor General’s Office has registered criminal proceedings regarding the shelling of the Lugansk Regional State Administration. This was stated by First Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Golomsha.

Answering questions from journalists at a press conference in Kyiv, Nikolai Golomsha said that a preliminary criminal case had been registered in connection with the shelling of the Lugansk regional state administration.
According to him, it has been previously established that as a result of an unsuccessful attempt to fire at a plane of the Ukrainian armed forces, the militia ended up in the house of the Regional State Administration.
“This is one of the versions. The Prosecutor General's Office has registered a criminal case, which is under investigation. The versions that were voiced by one and the other side are being studied,” he said.
As Navigator reported, according to the leadership of the “Lugansk People’s Republic”, as a result of the explosion near the Regional State Administration, 8 people were killed and more than 20 were injured.
