This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
They recalled that the GPU was investigating criminal proceedings on the facts of possible evasion of taxes and fees by people's deputies, ministers and other persons occupying particularly responsible positions.
Unscheduled tax audits were carried out on a number of deputies.
“Taking into account that the results of the tax audit did not establish any facts of deliberate tax evasion in the actions of people’s deputies Vladimir Bandurov, Stanislav Berezkin, Andrey Zhurzhiy, Oleg Lyashko, Alexander Urbansky and Vitaly Khomutynnik, criminal proceedings against these persons are now closed,” it is said in the message.
Let us remind you that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is checking the circumstances of Oleg Lyashko’s declaration of more than 571 thousand hryvnia, which, as he stated, are lottery winnings.
