“The border is destroyed. We have actually lost the Lugansk region, because it is practically under the complete control of the separatists, and there is no longer any central or local government there.
Further, they will capture border outposts, posts, customs and, thus, we will lose the border through the Luhansk region. There will be a massive influx of Russian citizens, mercenaries, and so on. This will mean the loss of the Lugansk region, and beyond it, and Donetsk.
Given this inactivity of the security bloc and the Presidential Administration, it is necessary that the new president assume his rights as quickly as possible and take tough, but very decisive steps. As long as they are gone, we will lose Ukrainian territories,” reflects Grigory Perepelitsa.
