About it he wrote on his Facebook page.
“I publicly warn the President of Ukraine - if the law on cleansing power is repealed, as a legislator I will no longer waste time on laws. I will focus on preparing a new uprising that will stop the restoration of the Yanukovych system,” he threatens.
According to the people's deputy, the uprising will have the goal of “re-recruiting all judges.”
“And the punishment of the current criminals in robes, who have been destroying society’s demand for justice for two years now. Among other things, the judges of the Constitutional Court, who gave Yanukovych dictatorial powers, and are now considering the abolition of lustration of his regime, will finally be punished,” the people’s deputy further writes.
“They wear the robes of judges solely thanks to the inactivity of the GPU and the SBU, whose leaders are intended by you, Mr. President. And the case brought against the judges of the Constitutional Court immediately after the Euromaidan about the encroachment on the constitutional order by these leaders has not yet been brought to court. As well as the cases of the execution of the “Heavenly Hundred”, the criminal negligence of the leaders of the General Staff in the War of Independence and the cases of top corruption.” - Sobolev said, threatening to “return to revolutionary methods of cleaning up power.”
Let us remind you that today the Constitutional Court continued to consider certain provisions of the law “On Cleansing Power”. Previously, 47 deputies complained that the law violated the “constitutional principles of the rule of law.” The corresponding submission to the Constitutional Court was signed by former “Regionals”, representatives of the “Opposition Bloc”.
