“I want to tell you one important element so that you understand how Russian journalists work on the territory of Ukraine. They enter without declaring that they are journalists and without accreditation. And in their personal baggage they have, say, a camera or journalistic elements, integral attributes that they use to prepare reports. We will be very attentive to all those who arrive from the Russian Federation, to citizens of the Russian Federation, these are forced measures, we will act very harshly. We’ll either expel you or detain you,” Lubkivsky said.
