About it reported Donetsk News Agency with reference to the head of the department of permitting system and licensing of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR Sergei Zlishchev.
“Caught, found, other weapons - everything with a caliber up to 11,43 mm - will be registered,” the official said. “Registration will begin on May 25.”
“To register, it will be necessary to submit an application of the appropriate form to the department of the permitting system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, two photographs and a receipt for payment for services,” added Zlishchev. “It will also be necessary to shoot ammunition from this weapon.”
A representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that all categories of citizens over the age of 18 will be allowed to have weapons. The number of weapons will not be limited, but the owner will need to provide conditions for their safe storage. Melee weapons, except hunting ones, can be owned without registration.
