US citizen mocked police officers in Crimea
In Russian Crimea, despite the sanctions, US citizen Roman Legkov lives, who is engaged in filming videos for Youtube with bullying of police patrol officers.
Legkov deliberately violates traffic rules, and when he is stopped by traffic police officers, he switches to English when communicating with them, demanding an interpreter. This is stated in the story of “LDPR TV”, reports the correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
A native of Minsk, Legkov shows off his American passport every now and then, and Crimean law enforcement officers, faced with a scandalous driver, once again do not want to enter into discussions with him. It’s interesting that in one of the videos Legkov offers a bribe to a traffic police officer, which is a criminal offense, but he gets away with it too.
“The fact is that he is an American citizen, and the local police, you know, are scared. Moreover, Crimea is a specific territory, where traffic police officers are generally afraid of everything. Nobody wants to get involved with him, because the character is, to put it mildly, scandalous,” lawyer Gennady Nefedovsky said on air.
