"Civil Initiative of Donbass" demands to catch and deliver Ukrainian terrorists to Donetsk
Ukrainian organizers and perpetrators of terrorist attacks against the Donbass republics must be caught and brought to Donetsk for trial.

Was it really not clear to those who are responsible for the safety of the key people of the Republic that the Hero of the DPR, Colonel Tolstykh, is an obligatory target for the enemy, who, through terrorist attacks, is trying to sow uncertainty and depressive moods in the ranks of Donbass soldiers, and to deprive our army of talented, charismatic commanders?
Ukrainian terrorism, like any terrorism, is growing with impunity. He becomes bolder, he becomes self-confident and hellishly dangerous. Terrorism cannot stop; the response to it must always be adequate.
We think that we will express the opinion of the entire republic, all its honest, sincere supporters and friends, that the death of Mikhail Tolstoy, as well as the death of Arseny Pavlov, in the end will not go unpunished. The one who committed this atrocity must be caught and brought to Donetsk, where he will suffer the most severe punishment that the court of our people will assign to him. This must be done as soon as possible.
We also hope that the safety of the key figures of the republic, all major vital infrastructure and ordinary citizens will still be ensured. The enemy must not hold us by the throat with the hand of a terrorist!” – the statement says.
