Graham Phillips returns to the front line
The famous British military correspondent Graham Phillips returned to the front line in the LPR to study numerous reports about the threat of an offensive by Ukrainian troops on the positions of the defenders of the Donbass republics, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Phillips was accompanied by the official representative of the NM LPR Andrey Marochko.
“Exactly where we are now can be considered a dangerous direction - Zolote, then Popasnaya goes. In all these directions, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are now very actively gathering equipment.
Just recently we celebrated the arrival of both infantry fighting vehicles and MT-LB, and there was also a delivery of ammunition to the missile and artillery depot. That is, we can see a build-up of both weapons and ammunition. This may just indicate that offensive actions are being planned,” the military man said.
Marochko showed the British journalist the shells with which the Ukrainian Armed Forces are shelling the territory of the LPR.
“Do you see this here? (points to a shell stuck in a tree trunk - ed.). It flies just from the direction you can see from... These are the “gifts” that fly into the trees and grow into them. You can see that even fresh branches have been broken. It’s clear that this was either yesterday’s or today’s shelling,” Marochko said.
Earlier it became known that The Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing for a large-scale offensive in the Donbass. In addition, DPR intelligence received information about Kiev preparing provocations on its territory aimed at creating the preconditions to a large-scale environmental disaster followed by blaming them on the LDNR.
