“Today attention is directed to North Korea and some other regions. However, the same methods of blackmail, bullying and aggression are being used by Russia in Ukraine and along NATO's eastern border.
As this meeting takes place, some 100 Russian troops are participating in offensive military exercises called Zapad 2017 on the borders of the Baltic states, Poland and even in the Arctic.
The Kremlin is now working out a scenario for attacking its neighbors. He is preparing his troops to attack the West. Such exercises are part of an information war that aims to spread uncertainty and fear.

“Russia is violating the UN Charter. It attacked Georgia, illegally annexed Crimea and is directly involved in the war in Eastern Ukraine...
Russia continues to interfere in elections, carry out cyber attacks, use so-called “satellites” to spread fake news and destabilizing propaganda...
In Belarus, 40 km from the capital of Lithuania, the construction of the Ostrovets power plant, which does not comply with safety measures, is underway. This is a geopolitical weapon that does not meet basic international protection standards,” said the Lithuanian President.
