The dollar exchange rate in 2018 will exceed 30 hryvnia, Ukraine’s budget will be filled from the printing press. Economist Viktor Skarshevsky stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The budget will be filled with depreciated money. And if there is no growth of 3%, which the government plans, then the inflation tax will increase even more because otherwise the budget cannot be fulfilled,” he says
The budget will also be filled due to devaluation, since the dollar exchange rate will exceed 30 UAH, which is 14% higher than the current rate. “It has already been laid down that for the successful implementation of the budget for 2018, the devaluation should be 14%,” the economist said.
