Groysman and Yatsenyuk are launching a new robbery scheme on an especially large scale
The Ukrainian authorities have the opportunity to confiscate and sell any seized property without waiting for a court decision. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a corresponding resolution, investigative journalist Alexander Dubinsky wrote in his blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The resolution allows the head of the National Agency for the Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes, without waiting for a court decision, to sell the seized property of persons suspected of causing damage to the state.
“The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers also applies to the seized car of a person suspected of causing damage to the state - on the basis that you have to pay for parking. And exactly the same - any plant that is arrested, due to the fact that its maintenance costs money in the form of utility, tax and any other payments,” Dubinsky said.
He also emphasized that, first of all, the current and previous leaders of the Ukrainian government can take advantage of this norm:
“The agency is headed by Anton Yanchuk, who in 2008–2013 worked at the MLGroup law firm. The founder of this company was the current Minister of Justice Petrenko, a close friend of Arseniy Yatsenyuk, with whom Groysman suspiciously often walks,” writes Dubinsky.
