Ukrainian Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman announced this at the 13th annual YES meeting “World, Europe and Ukraine: Storms of Change” in Kyiv.
"World. Absolute world. Only on our terms. There are different assessments of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. I think that this is a more global conflict - two worlds are fighting - one is democratic, the other does not understand what democracy is. I deeply believe that peace will come, but on our terms. This only means that the aggressor must abandon his plans - to kill, capture, threaten. Let me give you one example – Ukrainian Crimea. Before the annexation, Ukrainian Crimea was a wonderful resort. After the annexation, it became a powerful military base, do you feel the difference?” he said.
