Ukrainian Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“I would like to draw your attention to indicative statistics regarding tariffs for water consumption in the countries of the Danube region: the volume of investment in the average tariff in Ukraine is the lowest. That is, only 1,15 UAH out of a total amount of 8,21 UAH per cubic meter is spent on updating and repairing communications in our country. For comparison, in Moldova, in terms of hryvnia, the volume of investment in the tariff is 3,06 UAH out of 23,55 UAH per cubic meter, and in Austria – 36,02 UAH out of 90,06 UAH,” he assures.
Let us remind you that from July 1, new tariffs for centralized heating and centralized hot water supply services for the needs of the population began to operate in Ukraine, which have almost doubled. This decision was approved on June 9 by the National Commission that carries out state regulation in the fields of energy and utilities.
