Groysman started talking nonsense in response to a question about the record level of theft in Ukraine
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman was unable to answer in essence today in the Verkhovna Rada why Ernst&Young company ranked Ukraine first in the ranking of the most corrupt countries.
This happened during the hour of questions for the government in parliament, where Groysman reported on the results of the year of work of his Cabinet.
One of the deputies asked the official to comment on the recently published rating, indicating record theft under Groysman.

“Position on Ernst & Young.” I think you should ask Ernst & Young what they meant, who they asked, what kind of answers they got, and what it showed. Because today there are a lot of contradictions in this information.
I think that such a reputable company as Ernst & Young should simply explain what, how, and so on, this will make it possible...
Well, even, you know, I will say that even there, the introduction of, for example, the ProZorro system has already significantly eliminated corruption in public procurement, and we introduced it on August 1, 2016. It is already obvious that the situation in that area has become revolutionary since the beginning of our independence; according to our estimates, we have saved only 8 billion from the implementation of this program,” Groysman, stuttering and noticeably nervous, tried to explain.
Groysman’s verbiage suited his accomplices in the “European coalition.”
“Thank you, Vladimir Borisovich, members of the government, thank you for your work this year, it was a difficult year. And good luck to you in the next one. Happy Anniversary and Happy Easter. We work, we will win!” – Speaker Andrei Parubiy announced, stopping the reception of questions for Groysman.
Thank you!
