“It was very difficult. Any change, any reform, to agree with him so that he gives a signal to the faction to vote - months were spent on this, ”the prime minister said.

When asked what kind of initiatives were blocked by the ex-president, Groysman cited as an example a proposal to privatize enterprises under English law, which, in his opinion, would attract investors to the country.

“He was categorically against it, he said, we have a Ukrainian justice system. What justice system? Who brought more, the decision was made in his favor?” - said Groysman.
