Groysman promises to raise pensions by 200 hryvnia for those who live to reach the new retirement age

After the increase, which is planned for October, the pensions of Ukrainians should increase by an amount of 200 hryvnia.

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman stated this during a briefing in Kharkov, Ukrinform reports.
“I want us to raise pensions for Ukrainian pensioners from October 1. And we will do it. We will do this significantly: such an increase will occur from 200 to 1000 hryvnia,” the prime minister noted.
According to him, “this requires the support of the government law on pension reform.”
The government also stated that the increase in the retirement age agreed with the IMF is inevitable.
