Groysman suggested the IMF's enslaving conditions without knowing English
Ukrainian officials signed the enslaving conditions of the IMF, put forward in exchange for the allocation of a tranche, without translating the most important document for the country into Ukrainian.
The head of the Batkivshchyna faction, Yulia Tymoshenko, stated this from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to her, the country's Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman does not know English, and there is no version of the agreement with the IMF in Ukrainian.
“Yesterday we were promised to publish a Memorandum with the IMF, but they said that there is no Ukrainian text. How did Groysman sign it if he doesn’t speak English?” - said Tymoshenko.
Let us recall that, according to press reports, the IMF has allocated a new tranche to Ukraine in exchange for a further increase in tariffs, a reduction in benefits and social payments to the population.
