This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman at a conference on reforms in Ukraine, which is being held in London, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“80% of gross domestic product is equal to external public debt. This is a huge burden on our country. The budget deficit of the Pension Fund is 5% of GDP,” Groysman said.
According to him, Ukraine has to spend a lot of money on security and defense because of “Russian aggression.”
“There are other challenges that have to be overcome,” Groysman added.
