Groysman promised Ukraine a bright future in 3-5 years
The transformation of Ukraine into a raw materials economy is not the fault of the current government, which broke off relations with Russia, but of the “criminal regime” of its predecessors. Today's Cabinet of Ministers will turn Ukraine into a successful country in a few years.
Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman announced this at the opening of the Kyiv International Economic Forum.

“Unfortunately, we turned into a country with a raw materials-based economy, which was extremely dependent on traditional markets in all areas. Something is wrong in our house. A resource-based type of economy, an oligarchic economic model, a high degree of corruption, a violent state apparatus that does not make it possible to fully reveal the capabilities of Ukrainian business and create conditions for attracting capital. This is what stops our development. This is an artificial factor that was created precisely by government bodies.
Our main goal is economic growth. The task of our government is quality policies that will ensure sustainable economic growth. Our task is to create a climate that will allow us to attract investment and carry out privatization,” he said.
The Prime Minister said that for these purposes, appropriate tools will be created - an investment support office and a national committee for the revival of Ukrainian industry have been created.
“I strongly believe that with good governance and good policies, we can achieve growth. I want to appeal to everyone present: we invest, we do real projects and I guarantee that you will feel protected. And I am convinced that in 3-5 years we will be successful,” he said.
