Groysman proposed legalizing the legal status of a scumbag
At a meeting of the Ukrainian government, commenting on the facts of non-payment of alimony debts, Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman proposed introducing a new legal term, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I believe that such people should not be called “debtors,” they should be given the legal status of “scum.” Write down that whoever does not pay his children is a scumbag. Scumbag. Just take it and write it down, it will be a legal term,” said the Prime Minister.
He added that he considers such a term absolutely normal.
"Why not? If you don't care about your own child, who are you? And the debtor... anyone can owe something, it’s not even a debt, it’s more than a debt. Let’s maybe work with the deputies and define some kind of legal term so that we can immediately give them a classification,” suggested Groysman.
