According to the press service of the State Emergency Service, the draft of the corresponding act was developed by the State Emergency Service in pursuance of the second part of Article 111 of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine.
“So, Ukrainian rescuers and rescue workers will have insulated dark blue jackets made of raincoat fabric, tunics, sweaters, semi-cotton pants, blue and white shirts and capes. In addition, the uniform will have stripes with the inscription State Emergency Service and Ukrainian rescuer, as well as a stripe in the form of the flag of Ukraine and a sprig of viburnum. Until this time, members of the rank and file and command staff of the civil protection service were provided with uniforms in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 23, 2005 No. 795 “On approval of the description and samples of uniforms and the corresponding insignia of personnel of civil protection bodies and units and norms provision of uniforms,” which lost relevance due to the entry into force of the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine, and the recognition of the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Principles of Civil Protection” as no longer in effect.
