Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman wrote about this on Facebook, citing data from the State Statistics Service.
"Good news. According to the State Statistics Service, the average salary of a full-time employee in Ukraine in March 2017 was UAH 6752. This is twice as much as the minimum wage and 8,7% more than in February. This growth is quite consistent with the growth of industrial production, which grew by more than 8% in March. In general, for the year we have an increase in the income of Ukrainians by more than 37%. Considering that the inflation rate for this period was about 15%, we can safely say that wage growth is finally outpacing price growth,” the prime minister noted.
At the same time, Groysman provided his reasoning with infographics designed to confirm the veracity of his words.
