Groysman demands that the issue of the blockade of Donbass be raised at the National Security and Defense Council
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman appealed to the National Security and Defense Council with a request to consider in detail all aspects and the impact of the blockade by ATO militants of coal supplies from uncontrolled areas of Donbass on the lives of Ukrainian citizens and to take the necessary measures.

“Since the blockage (of coal supplies - ed.) today occurs in the territory where the anti-terrorist operation is being carried out, this is already beyond the competence of the government, this is already a matter of the National Security and Defense Council, because there is a question of national security and other law enforcement agencies,” said Groysman.
