Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman promises “in one fell swoop” to abolish all regulations that have been in force since Soviet times.

“At the proposal of the Ministry of Justice, we will submit a bill to the Verkhovna Rada that will, in one fell swoop, repeal all regulations from the times of the USSR,” he wrote.
