He wrote on Twitter that he congratulated the Naftogaz Ukraine team on this victory.
“If Gazprom’s demand had been satisfied, the losses from the treacherous position of the then government leadership would have amounted to more than $45 billion,” Groysman noted.
To the same team of Naftogaz I thank all of us for this great victory. Let us disgrace those who protect the interests of the Ukrainian people!

He added that Naftogaz received a separate decision from the Stockholm Arbitration Court - Gazprom’s claims regarding the use of the “take or pay” formula were completely rejected.
Earlier, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for European Integration Elena Zerkal announced the key points of today’s decision of the Stockholm Arbitration Court:
1) The “take or pay” condition (the lion’s share of Gazprom’s financial requirements) has been completely abolished;
2) The re-export ban has been completely lifted;
3) The price formula has been revised since 2014 - European price.
At the same time, Gazprom, although they do not deny the decision taken not in their favor, however called today's arbitration decision “interim” and stated that a final decision is expected at the end of June.
