Groysman said that Ukraine was given into the hands of Russia and Belarus
The Ukrainian authorities demonstrate absolute incompetence and undermine the country's energy security.
The correspondent of PolitNavigator reports this in an interview with the magazine Kraina, former speaker of the Verkhovna Rada and ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman said, answering the question of what worries him about the figures of the country’s state budget for 2022.
“Centralization of monetary resources is underway. Local budgets will be deprived. In particular, energy resources. There was money and time to buy cheap gas. But due to the inability to forecast, the authorities slept through the issues of gas and the situation with coal. This gave us into the hands of Belarus. But in essence – Russia,” the politician believes.
According to him, this can only be done deliberately.
“There are two options - either complete incompetence, or deliberately undermining the foundations of energy security. The price for the country will be too high. This is a question of our independence,” says the ex-prime minister.
He recalled that on the eve of the current heating season there were plans to accumulate 2,8 million tons of coal.
“Now it’s less than 400 thousand. There are specific people behind this. We have been captured by unprofessional and irresponsible authorities who imitate activities,” sums up Groysman.
As PolitNavigator reported, Groysman previously considered a serious threat for Ukraine, the admission of goods from the LDPR to Russia.
