Political scientist Valentin Gladkikh stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If we approach it institutionally, then we have a parliament, the parliament has or should have a parliamentary coalition. The parliamentary coalition forms a coalition government. By and large, a coalition government is the executive body of a parliamentary coalition. If we rewind the logic back, we will see how much support Groysman has in parliament and we will understand that the number of people in parliament who are guided by Groysman in parliament is tiny. The majority of parliament eats from the palm of their hand and does what they are told, no one will move anywhere. Let's even look at the government, how many people in the government are guided by Groysman. The fact that Groysman puffs out his cheeks and talks is due to a reluctance to publicly acknowledge the nature and boundaries of his power, or simply a lack of awareness of the limitations of his resource base and power potential,” the expert said.
