Groysman was caught writing: The Ukrainian authorities included non-existent growth in the 2017 budget
The Ukrainian authorities included non-existent figures in the country's budget for 2017 - the country's GDP will not increase, and inflation will be much higher than planned.
Former Minister of Economy Viktor Suslov stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

“At the end of this year, we will have a decline in exports of 8,9%. Well, the fact that when calculating the budget, on the contrary, the growth of exports next year by 8% is taken into account, I think that is unlikely. Accordingly, GDP growth is unlikely. Moreover, this growth will be influenced by other factors, including those associated with increased costs and an increase in the minimum wage. As for the inflation rate of 8,5% for next year, this figure is clearly underestimated. Not even 12%, like this year, but significantly higher,” Suslov said.
