Groysman dreamed of a Ukrainian “start-up nation”
Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman expressed his conviction that Ukraine can become a Startup nation.

“Becoming the next Startup Nation is a good goal for us and I am fully confident that it is within reach. Ukraine has all the prerequisites to achieve this. The government has already begun working to support new projects that have a chance of global success,” the Prime Minister noted.
Groysman also said that he recently initiated the creation of an innovation council under the government.
“And now, based on the experience of Israel, Turkey and some other countries, we are working out the mechanism of its operation. We are also talking about the participation of the state in financial support of promising start-ups,” Groysman said.
At the same time, the prime minister emphasized, the main thing is to ensure a favorable climate for business development. “Forcing and teaching regulatory authorities to work according to the principle of ‘helping and not hindering’ is one of today’s most serious challenges,” he added.
