The long and pathetic speech of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko at the military parade was prepared not for the citizens of Ukraine, but for US Presidential Advisor John Bolton, who arrived in Kyiv.
Member of the Federation Council Franz Klintsevich stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A big boss came from abroad and today a demonstration of the set of actions necessary for the leadership of Ukraine began: Russophobia, confrontation with Russia, a full-fledged struggle.
You have to understand that this is the biggest speech anyone has ever given at a parade. The speech that President Poroshenko made today and which was supported by the political elite has nothing to do with how the Ukrainian people and even soldiers live and think. His speech was intended mainly for these boys, untrained and not politically seasoned boys who are standing. But an attempt to split Russia and Ukraine will never work,” the senator said.
