Pavel Rudyakov, director of the Perspektiva information and analytical center, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I imagined that I was wandering somewhere, returning to my house and at the entrance my wife said: “How much money do you have? How long did you return home, two days? Then show me one hundred rubles. Yes, this is my home, I'm back. “Oh, you just got back. Do you have 200 rubles? Show me, do you have a biometric passport or another?” It’s a sad return – as if you’ve returned from prison and you need to legitimize yourself in a new way,” the expert noted.
