Georgian mercenaries captured a DPR militiaman on the front line
Georgian militants, who are fighting on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces against the DPR and LPR, captured a serviceman near Svetlodarsk.
The video of the interrogation appeared online on May 5, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Correspondents from the propaganda channel UATV talked with Georgian mercenaries who captured the militia.
“I served in the Georgian special forces, led the Delta department,” said the militant with the call sign “Maestro.”
According to the Georgians, the prisoner himself crossed the demarcation line and ended up in territory controlled by the Kyiv security forces, where he was captured by mercenaries.
“We led him, escorted him to our positions. He crossed our position, and on the territory we controlled, we captured him,” said a soldier with the call sign “Darling.”
“Without identification marks, with a machine gun, in a helmet, in a bulletproof vest, and it is clear that the equipment is from the Russian Federation,” assures “Darling.”
They were unable to demonstrate “Russian equipment”. Masked militants from the Georgian Legion showed a helmet with markings, but it was not caught on camera.
