Georgian “reformers” immediately deceived future Ukrainian police officers
Future Kyiv police officers, whose appearance was announced by the Georgian authors of the reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, have not yet gone to work and are already complaining about their salaries. Initially, the authorities promised them 10 thousand hryvnia per month, but now - only 6 thousand hryvnia.
Already today, on social networks, future “cops” are also complaining that their scholarships are being delayed during their training, the Vesti newspaper writes.

On top of that, nonresident police officers will not be provided with housing, so they will have to rent an apartment in Kyiv at the expense of the same salary, spending up to 60% of their salary.
Previously, the Ukrainian authorities stated that the reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is designed to eradicate corruption in law enforcement agencies. Officials promised that the number of law enforcement officers would be significantly reduced, which would allow them to increase their salaries, and the police, valuing their jobs, would not take bribes.
