“Georgian reformers” started a squabble with Ukrainian Maidan protesters over Yanukovych’s wealth
Representatives of the team of “Georgian reformers” started a squabble with Ukrainian Maidan activists, accusing the latter of stealing the wealth of oligarch Sergei Kurchenko, close to the Family of fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych.
Not long ago, David Sakvarelidze, who was dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the Odessa region, stated that the reason for his resignation was the investigation into the Kurchenko oil theft case. The Georgian prosecutor claims that first Kurchenko stole oil from the Ukrainian people, and after the Euromaidan victory, the same oil was stolen again by deputies Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Alexander Turchynov.
Sakvarelidze stated this on the air of the Shuster LIVE program.

“We had ready suspicions that lie in the regional prosecutor’s office of the Odessa region... This is a unique case when once Kurchenko stole this oil, and the second time this already stolen oil was stolen by the vertical of the “People's Front” Pashinsky-Turchinov and others...
As soon as we raised this matter, hysteria began, because when Groysman’s government was supposed to be approved, votes were needed. All these clans ran to Kyiv and began to complain to the president that some crazy Georgians, some David, had filed a case against us and were going to bring suspicion just the other day,” said an associate of Mikheil Saakashvili.
